TRD Associates advised Ravin Infraproject on the transaction, providing end-to-end legal assistance, including advising on the overall structure, drafting and reviewing of the transactional documents, in addition to advising on the pending disputes. The transaction and disputes team was led by Teresa Daulat (Co-Founding Partner), with assistance Ayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate).
