S&R Associates, Trilegal act on Tempsens Instruments ₹650 crore IPO

Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹650 crore, comprised of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. S&R Associates advised Tempsens on this IPO. Trilegal advised the book running lead managers ICICI Securities and JM Financial on this IPO. The transaction was led by Bhakta Patnaik (Partner) and Brajendu Bhaskar (Partner), with support from Malika Grewal (Counsel) and Associates Anand Kumar, Manasi Barve, and Amisha Dubey.
