Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Argus Partners, Khaitan & Co act on Swara Baby Products ₹1,000 crore IPO
Swara Baby Products Limited has proposed an initial public offering aggregating to ₹1,000 crore, comprising fresh issue and an offer for sale of equity shares by Brainbees Solutions Limited and Anadya Bon Merchari LLP. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is advising Swara Baby Products on this IPO. The transaction is led by Prashant Gupta (Partner, National Practice Head – Capital Markets) and Trishita Dasgupta (Partner), with support from Kamiya Marwah (Senior Associate), Associates Aishwariya Chaturvedi and Bhoomika Gupta. Prashant Gupta, Trishita Dasgupta Argus Partners is advising Anadya Bon Merchari LLP, the promoter selling shareholder of Swara, on this IPO.
