Shardul and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas act on Elevate Campuses ₹2,100 crore IPO
Elevate Campuses Limited (formerly known as Good Host Spaces Limited) has made an initial public offering of its equity shares aggregating to approximately ₹2,100 crore. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Hillhouse, Alta Capital and Elevate Campuses on this IPO. The Capital Markets team advising the Company was led by Nikhil Naredi (Partner) and Krupa Brahmbhatt (Partner), with support from Chinmay Sethia (Principal Associate), Associates Avani Sharda, Soundarya Mathavan and Anshika Tyagi.
