International Finance Corporation has backed NDR Smart Spaces Private Limited with an investment of ₹225 crore. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised NDR Smart Spaces and its Promoters, the NDR Group, on this transaction. The transaction was led by Jay Gandhi (Partner), Jamshed Bhumgara (Partner), and Kaustubh Verma (Partner), with support from Namrata Mehta (Principal Associate), Akshath Vidyanath (Principal Associate), Yashvardhan Mittal (Senior Associate) and Awantika Yash (Associate).
