Groyyo Private Limited has raised funds from a Series B fundraise led by Cornerstone Ventures Enterprise Tech Fund II, with participation by certain existing investors including Alpha Wave. The first tranche of the fundraise was valued at approximately ₹90 crore. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Groyy and its founders on this fundraise. The transaction was led by Navruz Vakil (Partner), with Alena Nari Advani (Consultant), Daksh Hemnani (Senior Associate) and Vidhi Shah (Associate).
