ACME Solar completes ₹2,800 crore QIP in renewable energy play
ACME Solar Holdings is one of India's largest renewable energy independent power producers, operating a portfolio spanning solar, wind, battery energy storage systems, hybrid and firm dispatchable renewable energy projects. The QIP brought in capital from qualified institutional investors. Placement agents ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital Services were supported by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (on regulatory/disclosure mechanics) and Hogan Lovells (international/cross-border coordination).
