Anant Raj Limited (ARL) has announced a landmark composite corporate restructuring involving the merger of Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited into ARL, followed by the demerger of its data centre and cloud business to Ashok Cloud Private Limited (ACPL) and the proposed listing of ACPL as a dedicated digital infrastructure platform. Saraf and Partners acted as the legal counsel to Anant Raj Limited.
