JSW Infrastructure Limited has acquired NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited under corporate insolvency resolution process. The acquisition was completed effective September 10, 2026, through JSW Infrastructure's step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Khurja Rail Terminal Private Limited, following implementation of the approved resolution plan. Saraf and Partners acted as legal counsel to JSW Infrastructure in connection with the submission and successful implementation of its resolution plan.
