Samisti Legal, VERTICES PARTNERS act on Balwaan Krishi ₹100 crore Series B fundraise
Modish Tractoraurkisan Private Limited, dba Balwaan Krishi, has raised ₹100 crore from a Series B fundraise led by First Bridge India. VERTICES PARTNERS advised lead investor First Bridge India, which invested ₹70 crore in this fundraise. The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner), with a team that included Sajal Jain (Associate Manager), Associates Liji Anna Thomas and Mansi Dixit. Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
