Saga Legal advises Ultrahuman on $70 million fundraise

Ultrahuman has raised $70 million from a fundraise led by Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Alteria Capital and other investors. Saga Legal advised Ultrahuman across the transaction on documentation, negotiations and execution of the investment. The Firm also assisted on the transaction process through closing, working closely with Ultrahuman’s in-house legal team. The transaction team consisted of Neeraj Vyas (Partner), Ayush Maheshwari (Senior Associate) and Mehak Chadha (Senior Associate).
