Genesys International Corporation Limited has made a rights issue aggregating to ₹125.37 crore. Rajani Associates advised Genesys on this rights issue. The firm's role included conducting legal diligence; preparing and finalizing offer related documents; preparing and finalizing the Rights Issue Agreements; and assisting the Company in the rights issue process. The transaction was led by Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner), with support from Associates Shriya Nandedkar and Sudhanshu Kulkarni.
