Committed Cargo Care Limited has made a 100% strategic acquisition of Ampersand Logistics Private Limited, a Delhi-based boutique logistics company. Pinac advised and assisted Committed Cargo Care on this acquisition. The firm's role involved providing strategic, and drafting and negotiating the transaction documents. The transaction was led by Utsav Lohia and Aditya Pattnaik.
