Parinam Law Associates, Trilegal act on Home Credit's ₹967 crore acquisition of Varthana

Home Credit India Finance Private Limited has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Varthana Finance Private Limited for ₹967 crore in an all-cash deal. Parinam Law Associates advised Home Credit, a subsidiary of TVS Holdings Limited, on this acquisition. The transaction team consisted of Mallika Noorani (Senior Partner), Manali Kshirsagar (Partner) and Akkshay D Thawani (Senior Associate). The transaction team also worked on due diligence along with Mudit Singh Chauhan (Senior Associate), Sachit Kumar (Senior Associate), Associates Kewal R Shah, Sharayu Joshi and Harshita Ranka, and Ananya Chhabria (Trainee Associate).
