Acquisition - Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange to please refer to our earlier letters dated April 15, 2026, and June 23, 2026, respectively informing that Wipro Limited, through its subsidiaries, had signed a definitive agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries and that the transaction was expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.In continuation to the aforesaid letters, it is hereby informed that the transaction is now expected to be completed at the latest by December 31, 2026.
