General Updates - Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange to please refer to our earlier letters dated April 15, 2026, June 23, 2026, and September 30, 2026, respectively informing that Wipro Limited, through its subsidiaries, had signed a definitive agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries and that the transaction was expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.In continuation to the aforesaid letters, it is hereby informed that the said transaction has been completed on October 1, 2026.
