Outcome of Board Meeting - In continuation of our letter dated October 27, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has, inter alia:1. approved the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; and2. passed an enabling resolution authorising the issuance of listed, secured / unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs. 15,000 crore, in one or more tranches, on private placement basis.
