Kothari Sugars and Chemicals receives NSE observation letter for merger into Kothari Petrochemicals
Kothari Sugars and Chemicals Limited, listed on NSE, has formally notified the exchange of receiving an observation letter from NSE in relation to a proposed Scheme of Amalgamation whereby Kothari Sugars and Chemicals Limited would merge with and into Kothari Petrochemicals Limited. The observation letter confirms NSE has no objection to the scheme proceeding. This intimation is a mandatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The next material milestones will be NCLT sanction of the scheme and filing with the Registrar of Companies.
