Acquisition - Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Limited ( the Company ) at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, July 21, 2026 has, inter alia, approved the proposal for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in India under the name and style of IndiaMART Finance Limited, subject to necessary approvals.
