Acquisition - In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated July 21, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform you that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company under the name and style of IndiaMART Finance Limited has been incorporated vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated August 04, 2026. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation is enclosed as Annexure A
