General Updates - Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited has informed that Healthcare Global (Kenya) Private Limited ( HCG Kenya ), a step-down subsidiary of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited ( Company ), has today, i.e., October 05, 2026, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ( SPA ) with Meditec Systems Limited ( Meditec ) for acquisition of 10 (Ten) ordinary shares of Advanced Molecular Imaging Limited ( AMIL ) held by Meditec, for an aggregate consideration of 42,150 Kenyan Shillings (approximately INR 31,288 as on October 05, 2026).
