(IST), has, inter alia, considered the proposal and accorded its in-principle approval for enlargement of the scope of the aforesaid corporate restructuring to include proposed amalgamation of Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company along with Goodluck Green Energy Limited with and into the Company.
