General Updates - Global Education Limited has informed the Exchange about acquisition of 4,900 equity shares of 10 each, representing 49% of the paid-up equity share capital of OwnPrep Private Limited, an existing subsidiary of the Company, from an existing shareholder for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs.49,000. Subsequent to the aforesaid approval, the acquisition was completed on August 11, 2026. Consequently, OwnPrep Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Company directly holding 9,999 equity shares representing 99.99% of its paid-up equity share capital
