General Updates - Craftsman Automation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Shareholders Agreement, Securities Subscription Agreement and a Power Purchase Agreement with Solarcraft Power India 24 Private Limited ( Solarcraft ) for making an investment aggregating to Rs.3,36,00,000 (Rupees Three Crores and Thirty Six Lakhs only), in one or more tranches, towards subscription of Equity Shares and Compulsorily Convertible Debentures of Solarcraft, for procurement of solar power under the captive consumption provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003.
