Acquisition - Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the exchange that the timeline for completion of the second tranche of investment in MoMagic Wireless Private Limited by IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has been further extended to 30th November 2026, or such other date as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties to the Definitive Transaction Agreements.
