Acquisition - Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform the exchange that, IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Swap Agreement on 18th October 2026, in terms of the said agreement IL JIN shall acquire 23,401 equity shares of Ascent Circuits representing the balance 1.50% of its equity stake on fully dilutive basis, from Ms. Manju Thomas and shall issue and allot 13,120 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS A2) of an issue price of Rs. 10,000 per CCPS A2 (Including a Premium amount of Rs. 9,990 per CCPS A2) to Ms.
