Acquisition - Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the exchange that IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company ("IL JIN") has completed the acquisition of the balance 40% equity stake of Power-One Micro Systems Private Limited ("Power-One") from Mr. Ramanna Rajesh Mayasandra, Mr. Harsha Venkatesh, Dwaith Advisory Private Limited and Mrs. Doddabidere Honappa Venna, shareholders of Power-One, pursuant to Share Swap agreement executed on 18th October 2026, thereby making Power-One a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of IL JIN and Wholly-Owned step down subsidiary of the Company.
