General Updates - In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we herewith inform about receipt of a Demand and Show Cause Notice from the Additional Commissioner (AE), CGST & Central Excise Commissionerate, Surat worth Rs. 4,26,16,311/- (Rupees Four Crores Twenty-six Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Eleven only), additionally the interest thereon, disallowing tax credit availed over various expenses made during the FY 2020-21 and FY 2021-22, towards the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the Company, as annexed.
