The NSE requested news verification from Aegis Logistics regarding reports it was in talks to acquire Tristar Group for $1.5 billion. Tristar is a Dubai-headquartered, fully-integrated energy logistics provider owned by Kuwait's Agility Global. No response, confirmation or denial has been disclosed publicly.
