Kheria Autocomp Limited has listed for an initial public offering of 45,98,400 equity shares aggregating up-to ₹46.44 crore. Mindspright Legal advised Kheria Autocomp on this IPO. The transaction was led by Richa Bhansali (Partner), with support from Mayuri Thakkar (Principal Associate) and Saksham Bhatnagar (Associate).
