ANP Technologies Limited (dba “Lecturewala.in”) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus on the BSE SME platform for an initial public offering of up to 50,00,000 shares aggregating to ₹11 crore+. Legacy Law Offices advised Lecturewala as well as the Book Running Lead Manager Expert Global Consultants Pvt Ltd on this IPO. The transaction team consisted of Roopali Chaturvedi , AOR (Senior Partner), Pradyun Chakravarty (Partner), Naman Anand (Counsel) and Mudit Jain (Associate). Lecturewala Jodhpur-based Lecturewala primarily operates as a platform-based aggregator for teachers and/or coaching centres offering online coaching lectures primarily in the field of commerce education.
