Legacy Law Offices acts on Vardaan Biotech ₹90 crore+ IPO

Vardaan Biotech Limited has re-filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus for a book-built offer on BSE and NSE Mainboard platform for an entirely fresh issue of 3,50,00,000 shares with an offer size of ₹90 crore+. Legacy Law Offices advised Vardaan Biotech, and also advised the Co-Book Running Lead Managers, Interactive Financial Services Ltd and Jajodia Equity Advisors Limited, on this IPO.
