Khaitan & Co, JSA, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, VERTICES Partners act on Glass Wall Systems ₹427 crore IPO
Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited has raised ₹427.89 crore from an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the selling shareholders. Khaitan & Co advised Glass Wall Systems on this IPO. The transaction team consisted of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Principal Associate), Vanshika Chaudhry (Senior Associate), and Associates Anubhav Jaiswal and Dharini Shanker.
