SGS India Private Limited, a subsidiary of SGS SA, has acquired Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance Private Limited - forming part of SGS Group’s global acquisition of the Prescient Security group. Khaitan & Co advised SGS India on this acquisition. The Firm assisted on the deal end to end including diligence, and transaction documentation for the acquisition of Prescient Cyber Audit & Assurance. The transaction team consisted of Rabindra Jhunjhunwala (Senior Partner), Kevin Shah (Partner), Niyanta Munyal (Principal Associate) and Pratyusha Dasgupta (Associate).
