Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has partnered with Meta for the setup of an artificial intelligence (AI) data centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Khaitan & Co advised Reliance Industries on the transaction. The Firm advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring, preparation and negotiation of project and commercial documentation, regulatory and compliance matters, and transaction execution support.
