Algonomy Software Private Limited has been acquired by ADA Data AI Solutions Pte Limited, a Malaysia-headquartered data and AI company delivering integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions to enterprises across Asia. Khaitan & Co advised Algonomy on this transaction. The Firm advised on structuring the overall transaction and drafting and negotiating the definitive agreements. The transaction team consisted of Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Dipshikha Dhar (Principal Associate), Arnav Bose (Senior Associate) and Shlok Patwa (Associate).
