Capital Numbers Infotech Limited has acquired 100% ownership in New Jersey-based Epitome Cloud Inc., and has indirectly acquired its Indian subsidiary, Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited. Khaitan & Co advised Capital Numbers on this acquisition. The transaction team consisted of Prithwijit Gangopadhyay (Partner), Shounak Mitra (Partner), Vibhav Seth (Principal Associate) Karishma Sethia (Senior Associate), Keshav Tibarewalla (Senior Associate), Associates Ishika Sinha and Lavanya Agarwal.
