Kanga & Co, Desai & Diwanji act on Travomint proposed IPO

SNVA Traveltech Limited, dba Travomint, has filed a confidential draft red herring prospectus with SEBI and stock exchanges. Kanga & Co is advising Travomint on this IPO. The transaction team consisted of Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner), Associates Kartikeya Anshu, Seerat Khera and Siddharth Jani. Chetan Thakkar, Pooja Sharma Desai & Diwanji is advising the book running lead managers on this proposed IPO.
