Kanga & Co act on SRIT proposed IPO

SRIT India Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offer of 16,800,000 equity shares. The draft papers filed by the Company received SEBI clearance on June 19, 2026. Kanga & Co is advising SRIT as well as the Book Running Lead Manager, Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited, on this IPO. The transaction team consists of Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner) and Associates Siddharth Jani and Seerat Khera.
