Zen Technologies Limited has made an acquisition of a 51.98% stake on a fully diluted basis in Cogknit Semantics Private Limited. JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Zen Technologies on this acquisition. The transaction was led by Sidharrth Shankar (Partner), with support from Nandini Seth (Partner), Karan Vermani (Counsel), Eksha Narayan (Senior Associate) and Rahul Nayyar (Associate) on the mergers and acquisitions aspects. The finance team comprised Karan Mitroo (Partner) and Samarth Sharma (Principal Associate).
