Imarticus Learning acquires Singapore's BELLS Institute of Higher Learning for ₹800 crore; IC RegFin Legal, Pioneer Legal advise

Imarticus Learning Private Limited has acquired Singapore-based BELLS Institute of Higher Learning for an aggregate consideration of approximately ₹800 crore. IC RegFin Legal advised and assisted Imarticus Learning on the structuring, and finalization and execution of the transaction documents. The transaction was led by Vartika Koolwal (Partner) and Saket Pawar (Senior Associate). Vartika Koolwal Pioneer Legal instructed Singapore firm Withers KhattarWong on the Singapore elements of the deal.
