Transworld Holdings Limited and the Transworld Family have made a strategic investment in Guardians Sporting Ventures FZCO, a UAE-based company established to own and operate Dublin Guardians, a franchise of the proposed European T20 Premier League. Economic Laws Practice advised Transworld on this transaction. The Firm provided end-to-end legal assistance, including advising on the transaction structure, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the term sheet, subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement.
