Elarra Law Offices advises Godrej Properties on acquiring development rights of luxury project in South Mumbai

Godrej Properties Limited has acquired the development rights over a 2.5 acres land parcel at Marine Lines from Man Infraconstruction Limited and Shreepati Group. Elarra Law Offices advised Godrej Properties on the acquisition of development rights over the land parcel. The Firm was involved in the finalization of the deal structure and drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documentation. The transaction was led by Madhura Samant (Managing Partner) and Supriya Majumdar (Partner), with support from Associates Nihal Mehta and Abhas Raj.
