Rentomojo Limited has raised ₹1,255.567 crore from an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale of up to 28,399,567 equity shares. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Rentomojo and the Promoter Selling Shareholder, Geetansh Bamania, on this IPO. The transaction was led by Vishal Yaduvanshi (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - North) and Gayathri Ramachandran (Partner), with support from Surya Rajkumar (Senior Associate), Associates Anna Kallivayalil, Zubin Ronnie, Maria Palamattom and Aarya Maheshwari. Bharath Reddy (Partner), with support from Aarav Prasad (Associate) advised on ESOP schemes.
