Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, Sidley Austin act on Belrise Industries ₹1,700 crore QIP

Belrise Industries Limited has made a qualified institutions placement of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,700 crore. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Belrise Industries on this QIP. The transaction was led by Manan Lahoty (Partner, Head - Capital Markets) and Aashima Johur (Partner), with support from Mansi Jhaveri (Principal Associate), Medhashree Verma (Senior Associate), Associates Anjini Ganguly, Abhirup Manna, Alok Antony, and Syamantak Sinha. Manan Lahoty, Aashima Johur Trilegal advised the sole placement agent to the QIP, namely, Jefferies India Private Limited.
