Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, S&R Associates, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader act on Lohia Corp ₹1,101 crore IPO

Lohia Corp Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares consisting of an offer for sale by the shareholders, aggregating to ₹1101.28 crore. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Lohia Corp on this IPO. The transaction team was led by Abhiroop Lahiri (Partner); with support from Associates Aakash Rao, Arnab Roy, Vatsala Parashar, Shvabh Chakarwarti and Sanskar Modi. The Firm also represented the Company and certain promoters/promoter group members in a pre-IPO secondary sale before the IPO.
