ITC Hotels Limited is set to make a 100% acquisition of GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited, which owns Welcomhotel, Ahmedabad. CMS INDUSLAW advised ITC Hotels on this acquisition. The transaction team consisted of Shantanu Jindel (Partner), Shweta Gupta (Partner), Associates Aanshavi Srishti, Abhinav A, Suryanshu Mishra and Samarth Jain.
