Clove Legal advises Nine Dimensions on ₹120 crore Bandra land transaction with Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary

Nine Dimensions Housing LLP has sold off a land parcel situated along the Western Express Highway near BKC in Bandra, Mumbai, to Fleur Hotels Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, for a consideration of ₹120 crore. The transaction was completed on September 24, 2026, through the registration of the Deed of Conveyance and related transaction documents. Clove Legal represented Nine Dimensions and its stakeholders on this transaction. The transaction was led by Amit Sirsikar (Founder & Senior Partner) and Drashti Mehta (Partner).
