Anagram Partners advises Actis on sale of highway assets to NXT-Infra Trust

Actis has sold Darah Jhalawar Highway, Vadodara Kim Expressway, Calicut Expressway, Vindhyachal Expressway and Second Vivekananda Bridge Tollway to NXT-Infra Trust. Anagram Partners advised Actis on this transaction. The transaction team was led by Simone Reis (Partner) and Shwetank Chaubey (Partner), and comprised Anupam Nayak (Senior Associate), Associates Kavya Nagamangala, Rahil Arora and Kanishka Gunjiyal. Nxt-Infra Trust is a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Limited, focused on investing in and owning road infrastructure assets in India.
