Kaapi Machines (India) Private Limited has secured ₹50 crore from Sedna Horeca Private Limited, while also entering into a strategic partnership. ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Kaapi Machines and its shareholders and on the transaction. The transaction team consisted of Rajat Bopaiah (Senior Partner) and Gunjan Jain (Associate). Rajat Bopaiah Krishnamurthy & Co advised Sedna HoReCa on this transaction.
